Refund policy

• Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
• Unboxing video is mandatory for any return request.
• Products will NOT be accepted if:
  • The box is torn or damaged by the customer
  • The product is replaced/swapped with another item
• Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
